A switching power supply circuit is described that does not require an active filter. As there is no active filter, the described power supply circuit has an improved power conversion efficiency. Further, the size, cost and weight of the power supply circuit is reduced due to the absence of an active filter. Instead of using an active filter, the described switching power supply circuit is based on a voltage resonant circuit that allows a soft switching operation. |
