A water-based ink composition is provided to express various colors unlike conventional pearl or aluminium powder pigment, to maximize gloss effect, and to improve stability by effectively suppressing the sedimentation of the formulation ingredients. A water-based ink composition with excellent metallic luster comprises aluminium pigment powder vacuum-deposited with synthetic resin 0.5~5.0 weight%, water-soluble thickener resin 0.1~5.0 weight%, precipitation inhibitor 1.0~40 weight%, dispersing stabilizer 1.0~7.0 weight%, moisturizing agent 1.0~40 weight%, coloring agent 0.2~3.0 weight% and the balance of water. |
