A system and a method for processing insurance premium of payment and a program recording medium are provided to calculate the amount of money for insurance bill payment and to carry out the payment for calculated amount of money as proxy. An insurance bill calculator(150) calculates an insurance bill for the paid money of a daily-employed job worker. An information confirming unit(115) confirms the daily-employed job worker account information and business carrier account information. A payment processor(120) withdraws the substantially received money from the business carrier account except the calculated amount of insurance fee from the daily-employed job worker. The amount of money is drawn from the confirmed owner account and the paid amount of money is forced in the account of the daily-employed job worker with the deposit. An insurance bill processor(145) withdraws the calculated insurance bill payment amount of money of the daily-employed job worker from the confirmed business carrier account as described above. The paid amount of money is paid in the insurance agency account. |
