Air conveyor with device for vertically aligning bottles

The conveyor has an air applying unit applying air to a body of respective bottles, where the bottles are oriented vertically after application of air, such that openings of the bottles face upwards and bottoms of the bottles face downwards. The air applying unit comprises guide plates provided with one of gills and nozzles for the application of air. The gills and nozzles are located at different levels at the guide plates. The air applying unit comprises a detector for detecting an oblique position of individual bottles, where the air applying unit is provided with a blower and a fan. An independent claim is also included for a method for transporting a set of bottles with an air conveyor.
