The device (1) has a sealable chamber for storage of loose products e.g. candy, and a sound producing unit i.e. horn, for producing sound. The chamber has a tip that is lockable, where an end of the sealable chamber is connected to the sound producing unit. A closing unit clamps a tool that is preloaded in a closed position, and a pre-stressing unit opens a link to create a certain air pressure in a pressure chamber. The sound chamber and the pressure chamber are connected near ends of rooms at an end of a packing plant.
