A fossil fuel reforming material is provided to improve fuel efficiency, decrease generation of harmful materials, and to prevent block of a fuel supply line or damage of a fuel tank. A fossil fuel reforming material(10) includes a reticular stainless steel bag(11) and a crushed mineral(12). The crushed mineral is filled in the reticular stainless steel bag. The fossil fuel reforming material is used in a state that the material is arranged to be submerged into fossil fuel. The reforming material includes a fixing string(13). The crushed mineral is metamorphic rocks.
