PURPOSE:To ensure elimination of the noise featuring the 2-dimensional spread by making the reading and writing directions of the frame memory orthogonal to each other and giving the noise process of associative arithmetic system in the 2-dimensional way before writing and after reading of the picture data. CONSTITUTION:The X-axis picture data processor 1 has the X-axis set as the scanning direction for extraction and then gives the bit encoding to the Z-axis signal. While frame memory controller 3 arranges the X-axis picture data delivered from processor 1 in the order of the scanning and memorizes the frame scanning amount into memory 2 in a 2-dimensional way. At the same time, the memory picture memorized in memory 2 is scanned in sequence in the Y-axis direction vertical to the X-axis to read out the Y-axis picture data. Then the bit pattern formed with under the fixed bit number through Y-axis picture data processor 7 out of the Y-axis picture data read out from memory 2 via controller 3. Thus, the noise featuring the 2-dimensional spread can be eliminated. |
