<p>An avocado cutter with an upper blade and a lower blade, each rotating in a forward direction with the lower blade below and forward of the upper blade defining a space therebetween. A V-shaped conveyor conveys an avocado to the upper blade which cuts to the seed of the avocado and rotates the avocado in a forward direction in the process causing the avocado to engage the lower blade and engage a V-shaped splitter to split the avocado into two sections.</p> |
