A compact motor providing tactile input and out and apparatus using the motor is provided to output/ receive tactile information through transferring a tactile through a contact. A transducer(110) generates displacement by an electric signal, and a moving shaft(130) is connected to the transducer, and it is moved according to the displacement of transducer. A mover(120) surrounds a moving shaft and moves according to the electric signal. A tactile transfer unit is installed on the top of the mover and transfers the tactile to a contact which is contacted with a skin according to the movement of mover. The tactile transfer unit delivers a pressure delivered from the contact surface to the mover and moves it down. A contact sensor(310) outputs to the input signal by sensing the contact of the mover.
