Mascara brush

The mascara brush (1) has a first outer array of longer bristles (2) with tips defining a cylindrical outer surface. There is also an inner array of bristles (9) which are formed by cutting parts of the longer bristles back to form another surface. The tips (8) of the shorter bristles each have a spacing from the twisted brush wire handle (3,4) to extend orthogonally from them.
