A method and a device for converting 3d video by using multi focus 2d video and a recording medium therefor are provided to have a function of converting plural photographed multi focus 2D videos into 3D video, thereby producing cheap and natural 3D video. A video photographing unit(150) photographs a subject through one lens. A focus information determination unit(160) reads preview video data. A focus control unit(155) automatically focuses a focus location determined according to the number of focuses. The video photographing unit photographs multi focus 2D video. The focus information determination unit reads preview video data. The focus information determination unit N focus location information with regard to the subject. A video converting module(100) generates right and left eye video data. A screen output unit(180) scales down and outputs the video data at a scaled down ratio. |
