A braking apparatus of speed changing apparatus is provided to control driving and brake altogether. A braking apparatus of speed changing apparatus comprises a brake adapter(520) which is combined in the extension part outside of carrier, a hub shell(310) which is held in the constant speed POL outside one side of the brake adapter, a brake pad(530) which is mounted outside the other side of the brake adapter in order to be rubbed in the friction spring, and a brake relay(600) which presses the shift POL by the friction of the carrier.
