An apparatus and a method for avoiding a communication trouble in a wireless communication system are provided to minimize the damage of analog devices by avoiding electro wave interference in a short time. A receiving signal is inputted to at least one of a downlink section, a TG(Transmit/receive Transition Gap) or an RTG(Receive/transmit Transition Gap) section about a frame transmitted through a first frequency band. The intensity of the receiving signal is measured(S410). It is judged whether or not the intensity is higher than a preset threshold level(S420). If so, the frequency band at which the frame is transmitted is changed into a second frequency band(S430).
