<p>PURPOSE:To ensure excellent sand wear-proof and to surpassingly hold characters figures and marks, by reducing crack, chap and exfoliation by the percussion of a club by increasing the break elongation of a surface film, by heightening adhesion and by decreasing the attachment of earth and sand. CONSTITUTION:Two-liquid catalyst hardening type polyurethane resin consisting of polyfunctional fatty isocyanate and polyestr containing hydroxyl radical, content ranges over 4.3-6.0wt%, is covered with clear paint component produced by adding 0.5-10wt% polymer containing fluorine, which has perfluor alkyl raidcal as a side chanin. The clear paint component completes its hardening reaction within 24hr. at normal temp or temp not exceeding 40 deg.C by the addition of catalyst (For example, zinc octyl acid). It is preferable that the quantity of catalyst added is 0.1-0.3wt% to a paint resin portion. Adding catalyst beforehand to the polyester solution side containing hydroxyl radical will be avaiable in points of preservation for a long term and stability.</p> |
