The CCFL glass lamp tubing is of "U" shape, multi "U" shape, multi "U" by bridge forming technique, single or double spiral shape, flat plane shape formed with single or double spiral winding technique. The CCFL tube is bent to form into at least two closely aligned sections, or at least two CCFLs or more than two CCFLs in close alignment. The distance between the adjacent sections of the CCFL tube is less than 5 times the outside diameter of the CCFL tube. The CCFL device has characteristics of high lumen output, highly correlated color index, high efficiency, long lifetime, long life for On/Off switching, broad and linear dimming range and low cost. It can provide lamps with color temperature between 2,000 ˆ¼ 8000 Kelvin, luminaire with adjustable color temperature, various color and adjustable colors, dimming and non-dimming.
