<p>A handheld device is provided to distribute the adhesive tape which can be divided on the reel of the paper by including a delaminating material receiving roll pivotally mounted in the support plate. A handheld device comprises a handle(1) which is arranged in the support plate(2), a holder(21) which is pivoted in the support plate, a take-off tool(22) which is connected to the support plate in a roller form, a take-off tool(23) connected to the support plate in a roller form since a striping matter(42) is turned off from the adhesive tape for a distribution work, a contact roll(24) which is pivoted in the support plate, and a striping matter receiving roll(25) which is pivoted in the support plate.</p> |
