FIXATION METHOD OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS ON IMPLANT SURFACE

A method for fixing biological materials on a surface of an implant is provided to secure a stable oxide layer by fixing the biological materials after forming a surface of the oxide layer and an intermediate reaction layer. A method for fixing biological materials on a surface of an implant comprises the following steps of: forming a chemical oxide layer on a surface of the implant; activating an anodized oxide layer by treating the surface of the implant using a liquid-phase reaction such as piranha or a gas-phase reaction such as H2O-Plasma; and forming an intermediate reaction layer on a surface of the anodized oxide layer using an intermediate reaction material having a silane group.
