An automotive door mounting device is provided to mount a door at exact location by automatically controlling the height and installation angle of doors classified by a car model. An automotive door mounting device comprises: a transfer rail(1) arranged between a door pallet transfer line and a car body transfer line; a base plate(5) which is installed on the transfer rail; a rotary unit(10) mounted on the base plate; a height controlling unit(20) in which a guide post is mounted on a rotary plate of the rotary unit; a roller slide unit(40) consisting of a guide roller and a roller frame(45); and an angle controlling unit controlling the angle of the roller frame(50).
