An RF(Radio Frequency) chip including a shared converter and a transceiver having the same are provided to reduce the area of a transceiver by decreasing the number of analog-digital converts. A baseband signal processor(210) provides an analog baseband signal through plural channels, and an RF processor(220) interfaces with the baseband signal processor through an analog interface. The RF processor converts the analog baseband signals provided through at least two channels into digital signals. Based on the digital signals, the RF processor generates RF signals.
