A tilting device of steering system is provided to make the operator perform the lock of unlock of lever. A tilting device of steering system comprises a mounting bracket(20) which is fixed to the car body, a pair of support part(22) which is formed in the mounting bracket, a column tube(10) which is installed at the steering column is inside, and a distance member(15) which is fixed to the outer circumference of the column tube. In the support part, a penetration slit(24) is formed. The column tube and distance member are arranged between the support parts.
