A polyamic acid is provided to show excellent orientation, to realize excellent pre-tilt angle, and to ensure electrical characteristic such as voltage holding ratio rate(VHR). A polyamic acid comprises a repeating unit represented by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is a tetravalent organic group; B is divalent organic group, and contains a repeating unit represented by the following chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 2, X is aliphatic and aromatic groups having 1-3 cyclic structure; and n is an integer of 5-200.
