A neutral switch structure is provided to improve the contact fail by changing the contact surface of the neutrality switch from the face contact to the point contact. An end of one side of a shaft(110) is protruded to the outside of one side of a body(150) and the ON/OFF state of a neutral switch(100) is controlled. A spring(112) is connected to the backend of shaft. The spring positions the shaft to the original location in order to perform the ON/OFF operation of the neutral switch. The first push lock(120) is pressed down by the shaft. A diaphragm(130) is pressed down by the shaft. The diaphragm is combined to the inside of the body in order to isolate the combining portion of shaft. The second push lock(122) is pressed down by the diaphragm. The second push lock divides a moving contact(142) and a fixed contact point(140). A return spring(144) forms the contact pressure between the fixed contact point and the moving contact.
