A sliding door safety lock device of vehicles is provided to prevent the door from being slid down automatically by sensing the state of sliding door. A sliding door safety lock device of vehicles comprises a ball sensor(10) which perceives the current state of the vehicles like the acceleration of the vehicle speed and speed reduction state looked at, an arm(20) installed at the lower part of the sensor, and a sliding door lower chassis panel(30) maintaining the locking reset state of door. The load(24) which is connected around the hinge shaft(22) at the lower part of left and right and is installed is operated in the arm.
