A device for measuring the tire air pressure of the vehicle design line is provided to secure the quality of the tire air pressure by measuring the pneumatic pressure of tire additionally. A device(100) for measuring the tire air pressure of the vehicle design line comprises a first working cylinder(30) which is installed at the upper frame(9) in the vertical direction, a pressing bar(40) which is mounted on the end part of the first actuating rod(31) of the first working cylinder and pressurizes tire, a rod cell(50) which receives the pressure of the first actuating rod, and senses the inside air pressure of tire as the weight, and a controller(90) which receives the sensing signal from the load cell.
