An angular deformation prevention jig of the abacus edge and an operating method thereof is provided to improve the operation process and quality but reduce the setting time. An angular deformation prevention jig of the abacus edge(100) comprises: a jig part(130) located on the top or bottom of the abacus; a controller(120) which relatively is higher than the height of a load dispersion roll jig; a sensor part(110) recognizing clearly the end of the transferred abacus in order to input the end sensing signal to the controller, electrically connected to the controller; a jig part controlling a hydraulic actuator(131) delivered the descent order and controlling the supply and collection of the fluid pressure operation circle; a beam(133) connected to the end of an operational axle member of an elevating instrument device, and extended to the longitudinal direction of an longitudinal member; and a roll jig(134) maintaining the jig interval set up in advance.
