A cap structure of shock absorbers is provided to reinforce the upper plate portion contacting with the bump stopper without the addition of the enforcement upper plate portion. A cap structure(600) of shock absorbers comprises an upper plate portion(610) which is positioned under the bump stopper so that the bump stopper may be pressed down, a side wall portion(620) that is integrated with the upper plate portion, and which is inserted into the base shell upper end side, and a reinforcement portion(632) bending a cut part of the side wall portion to the side wall portion inner side.
