A filler for a cooling tower is provided to strengthen solidity of a lower part and an upper part in fixing the filler by forming a dispersion part in upper and lower end parts. A filler for a cooling tower comprises a dispersion part(100) dispersing the cooling water. The dispersion part reinforces solidity of a lower part and an upper part fixed and supported in fixing the filler. In the dispersion part, the connection part of a convex part(210) and a concave part(220) protruded forward and backward is curved-cut to disperse cooling water emitted from a blow nozzle evenly.
