A congestion information display device and a center device are provided to supply congestion information to a driver by generating the congestion information of a predetermined length based on a probe data received from a vehicle. A vehicle-mounted navigation device(1) receives a plurality of congestion information from a center device(2). A control part(3) has a micro computer, controls an operation of a device by executing a control program, and includes a road map data obtaining part, a map matching part, a path searching part, a path guiding part, and a drawing part. The road map data obtaining part obtains a road map data. The map matching part measures a road link of a present position. The path searching part searches a path from the present position to a destination. The path guiding part calculates a point required in a path guide, and guides the path. |
