An electron-beam welding nondestructive inspection apparatus of laser guidance ultrasonic wave method and an inspecting method thereof are provided to confirm the internal quality of the site which is electron-beam welded. An electron-beam welding nondestructive inspection apparatus(100) of laser guidance ultrasonic wave method comprises an index table(30) rotating the rotational plate(31) at the fixed speed with 360°, and detects the speed of rotation of the rotational plate, first and second pulse laser-irradiated regions(40a,40b) irradiating the pulse laser in the site welding, first and second conduction ultrasonic receivers(60,70) which receives the conduction ultrasonic wave leaked out, a signal converter(80) converting the received conduction ultrasonic wave into the signal value and outputs the signal value, and a data processing machine(90) detecting the internal feature and deformity of the site welding. |
