A food waste drying apparatus is provided to decrease dry time rapidly and power consumption with a sheath heater. A food waste drying apparatus including a sheath heater includes a main body, a basket, an exhaust fan, a guide duct(140), and the sheath heater(150). The main body has accommodation space. The basket installed in the accommodation space in which food waste is putted. The exhaust fan installed in the main body exhausts air after inhaling the air. The guide duct guides the air into the accommodation space in the exhaust fan. The sheath heater includes an electric heating wire(151), a covered pipe(152), a terminal pin(153), and an insulating material(155). |
