An engine cooling structure of vehicles is provided to cast a cylinder head without a repercussion from a bypass passage as the bypass passage is located in the rear part of a cylinder head to the longitudinal direction. An engine cooling structure of vehicles comprises: a thermostat(200) opening and closing a cyclic channel of the cooling water and controlling the temperature of the cooling water; a connection pathway(121) located in a cylinder block(120) rear part of an engine(100); and a bypass passage(111) located in the rear part of a cylinder head(110) connected in the connection pathway. The bypass passage is positioned at the rear part of the cylinder head to the longitudinal direction.
