The bar (AS) has a tubular body (CT) provided with a friction lining (G) and inducing a vortex emission in presence of a large aerodynamic flow. The friction lining is equipped with a three dimensional relief anti-coherence units arranged to prevent coherence of the induced vortex emission. The anti-coherence units are arranged in the form of a helical rib or helical groove or asperities (MA) rolled up around the tubular body, where the rib is a piece connected on an external surface of the friction lining.
