A system for automatically comparing/searching search sites and a searching method thereof are provided to display the search result by a key recommendation word together with the search result for a query on a webpage, thereby comparing the search results by the query and key recommendation word. In case a word associated with a query confirmed in a query confirmation module(12), a morphological analysis module(20) recognizes a search result database(32), and then analyzes the morpheme to extract a recommendation word. The search result database includes the search results for the query. A key recommendation extraction module(22) extracts one of the extracted recommendation words, which is the most frequently duplicated, as a key recommendation word. A key recommendation searching module(24) performs the search by using the key recommendation word as the search word of the search site.
