A digital temperature information generator of a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to expand the usage of the semiconductor by generating digital temperature itself and outputting it as a type suitable for external usage. A first period generating unit(100) generates a first period signal which is varied by the temperature. A second period signal generating unit(300) generates the second periodical signal(OSC2) having a certain period in regardless of temperature. A first dividing unit generates a first divided period signal(X2OSC1) by dividing the first period signal with a divided ratio. A second dividing unit(400) divides the second period signal with a dived and outputs the second divide period signal(X8OSC2).
