A door hinge having automotive door check function is provided to reduce cost through simple structure by removing a door check. A door hinge having automotive door check function comprises: a car body hinge frame(10) fixed to a car body; a door hinge frame fixed in upper and lower parts of a car door respectively; a check groove(40) which is fixed on a hinge pin and forms a plurality of concave grooves; and a movable roller part(50) having a roller fixed to correspond to the concave groove of the check groove part. The check groove part passes through the car body hinge frame and the door hinge frame. The check groove part has a ring body fixed on the hinge pin.
