An automotive door hinge having a door checker function is provided to reduce assembly step height of a car body and a door by integrating a door checker to a door hinge. An automotive door hinge having a door checker function comprises: a roller(120) installed at a door bracket(100); and a stopper(340) having a plurality of concavo-convexes(342) formed in a pillar bracket(300). The stopper is connected to the pillar bracket so that fixed reaction force is applied to the roller. The stopper is connected with an elastic member. The concavo-convex depth of the stopper is same as the radius of the roller. The elastic member(320) comprises a line spring having two bent portions.
