A coil scrap cutting apparatus is provided to extend the service life by discharging iron scrap completely through the inclined bottom surface so that the pressure loaded to the main cylinder is distributed. A coil scrap cutting apparatus comprises a controller(10) operated by external power supply to control the whole operation, and a main body(100) which comprises a box type structure(110) having a base plate(112) and an exit(111), a pair of left and right cutting ram guides, a cutting edge, a cutting ram, a plurality of auxiliary cylinders(120), a hydraulic main cylinder(130), and a bucket equipped with moving wheels and moving outside through the exit of the box type structure to discharge falling iron scrap. A moving path(116) formed at the exit includes an inclined surface so that the bucket is inclined and the iron scrap collected in the bucket is completely discharged.
