FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: module of image signal generation contains shutter, photodiode configured with shutter (212), and the first switch (M1). One output of the first switch is connected to reference voltage (Vcc), and the other output - to photodiode (212). Method for operation of image signal generation module includes the following stages; (a) application of the first voltage to shutter, (b) connection of the first switch, (c) disconnection of the first switch in the first time, (d) photodiode illumination by light, (e) interruption of voltage application to shutter, in the second time, (f) application of the second voltage in the third time and (g) maintenance of disconnected condition of the first switch until the fourth time. ^ EFFECT: method for operation of image signal generation module makes it possible for the device of image signal generation to increase its dynamic range. ^ 19 cl, 8 dwg |
