MEDICATION PREVENTING DEVELOPMENT OF DEPRESSION OF HEMATOPOIESIS ERYTHROID LINEAGE IN CASE OF CYTOSTATIC MYELO DEPRESSIONS

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: medication represents neuroleptic galoperidol. Claimed invention solves the task of extending arsenal of medications used for preventing development of hematopoiesis erythroid lineage depression, which develops at the background of cytostatics apdministration. Galoperidol, when introduced 30 min before cyclophosphan, prevented depression of bone marrow erythropoiesis, caused increase of number of erythrocytes in bone marrow and reticulocytes in peripheral blood. Galoperidol caused formation of additional hematopoiesis sites of erythrocyte and mixed hematopoiesis and change of production of erythropoietic activity of adhesing cell elements of hemopoiesis-inducing micro-environment. ^ EFFECT: pharmacologic correction of disturbances of blood system developing under cytostatic influence. ^ 5 tbl
