A tailgate hinge for vehicles is provided to prevent cost and time loss by adjusting gap between a tailgate and a car body with installing a tailgate. A tailgate hinge(100) for vehicles comprises: a fixing bracket(110) installed at a car body; a movable bracket(120) changing fixed location to the fixing bracket; a rotating bracket(130) installed at the tailgate; and a joint pin(140) rotating a movable bracket and a rotating bracket. The movable bracket is fixed to the fixing bracket with piling up on the fixing bracket. The rotating bracket is pivotally fixed on the top end portion of the movable bracket through the joint pin.
