The structure has an assist grip handle (3) directly fixed on a pavilion arc sheath (1) of a motor vehicle by a clipping unit e.g. clip, situated on two ends of the handle, where the clip is introduced in a rectangular orifice of the sheath. The sheath is locally pressed at right of fixations of the handle by clipping to form flat spots on a sheet of the sheath, where the flat spots are directed towards interior of passenger compartment so as to remain in a desired position of the handle.
