Composition contains modified virus-like particle (VLP), immuno-stimulating substances, in particular, DNA-oligonucleotides, containing non-methylated C and G (CpG), and separate peptides, obtained from MelanA. Said CpG-VLP are considerably more immunogenic than their analogues, which do not contain CpG, and induce enforced B- and T-cell responses. Immune response against analogues of peptide MelanA, conjugated with VLP, is enforced in the same way as immune response against VLP itself. In addition, T-cell responses against peptide MelanA analogues are mainly directed to type Th1.
