FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medications and concerns method of introduction of two therapeutically active anti-diabetes medications for treatment of sugar diabetes, including oral introduction to patient of system of delivery of anti-diabetes medications with different time of effect, where first therapeutically active anti-diabetes medication is selected from sulphonylurea and metglitinide analogue, which is discharged immediately after oral introduction of system of delivery of medication with different time of effect, and second therapeutically active anti-diabetes medication is selected from biguanidine anti-diabetes agent and thiazolidindione anti-diabetes agent, which is discharged during time period from 1 to 4 hours in such way that not more than 10% of active component is discharged during 45 minutes, and at least 70% of active component during 2 hours.
