A floating winder with a pseudo-analog servo system of positioning consists of a steel housing, which is located on a bed with possibility of displacement on guides, on which a kickoff of cylinders is installed and a collapsible drum, which is located on a console, which is set into rotation by means of a gear drive by an induction motor, the housing of winder is connected with a stock of hydraulic cylinder of displacement located on the bed, and the supply of working fluid to the corresponding cavity of hydraulic cylinder is performed by means of a hydraulic distributor. A pseudo-analog metal strip position sensor and a pseudo-analog drum winder spatial position sensor are additionally installed on the roller conveyer, and the control system is equipped with a programmed controller, at that the control signal of hydraulic distributor enters from the programmed controller of control system of the floating winder depending on the signals of follow-up direct feedback from the pseudo-analog metal strip position sensor and from the pseudo-analog drum winder spatial position sensor. |
