A belt for the disk treatment and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, which enhance the expansion recovery rate of the belt for the disk treatment according to the air expansion and contraction. A method for manufacturing a belt for the disk treatment comprises: a step for laminating the urethane sheet of two layers for the formation of the air pathway(11); a step for stretching both sides of each elastic bands and arranging them; a step for settling urethane sheet of one layer on the top of the urethane sheet; a step for settling the lining of the rag material on the top of the urethane sheet; a step for applying retraction power to both sides in which the air path is formed; a step for applying retraction power in the traverse direction by hanging the elastic bands(16); and a step for finishing the edge by the sewing.
