A GPS type numeric information system for the precision position confirmation of the reference point is provided to confirm the information of the road equipment arranged according to the road in order to precisely confirm the location of the reference point. A recognition code of an optional reference point is inputted by using an input unit(130). The coordinate of the reference point is displayed on a monitor(140). The key face in the coordinate of the reference point in which operator presumes monitor and which is the vehicles exact movement. A control unit(120) measures reference point of the reference point with value and compares the coordinate and reference point.
