An automotive door out belt weather strip mounting device is provided to improve indoor appearance by not using screws and facilitate assembly and disassembly of a door out belt weather strip. An automotive door out belt weather strip mounting device comprises: an inserting hole(120) formed in a door panel(100); a fitting groove(140) formed in one end of the door panel; and a holder(320) fixed in the bottom of an end piece(300) vertically. The holder is inserted in the fitting groove after being inserted into the inserting hole. The inserting hole comprises a guide unit which is formed in a downward oblique direction in order to guide the holder. The holder is composed of a joint part(322) and a protrusion(324) positioned in the bottom of the joint part.
