The element has a parallelepiped block (51) with cylindrical shape interlocking projections or stud, where the element is made of an expanded thermoplastic polymer e.g. expanded polypropylene. Receiving housings (58-68) are opened on a face of the block, where the shape of the housings is partially complementary to a shape of the projections. Cells (75-80) have a rectangular section and communicate with the housings through a passage, where the passage is extended on entire length of the housings.
