A method for obtaining of n-type lead telluride comprises the placing of starting substances in quarts vacuum ampoule, placing in furnace and keeping to obtaining of alloy, after that the ampoule is cooled, and obtained ingots are grinded and the pressing is carried out. According to the method, high-cleans of lead, tellurium, two-iodic lead and nickel are used as the starting substance. |
