SEMICONDUCTOR SHF-DIODE ON CHIP CARRIER

摘要

Semiconductor SHF diode on a chip carrier comprises SHF diode crystal having anode and cathode contacts. The chip carrier is made as an insulating base with film metal outlets on its surface. The crystal of SHF diode is made as planar mesa-structure with beam leads being connected by anode and cathode contacts of SHF diode. Beam leads are located on metal outlets of the dielectric base.
